Cerne Sales buys J.M. Huber Fort Dodge, IA Calcium Carbonate plant!

Effective immediately Cerne Sales Company has acquired the business and assets of J.M. Huber GCC Division at Fort Dodge, IA.  The new business will named Cerne Calcium Carbonate, L.L.C. and will be wholly owned by Cerne Sales Company.

Cerne Calcium Carbonate is a manufacturer of high quality calcium carbonate.  CCC will continue to serve industrial, agricultural and animal feed industries.  Cerne will retain all J.M. Huber employees at the Fort Dodge plant.

Cerne Sales Company, owned by Joseph Cerne and Joseph Cerne, Jr., will be responsible for all sales and marketing of the Fort Dodge, IA business.  CSC proudly markets products for IMC Feed Ingredients, Terra Industries, Engelhard Corp, Oil-Dri Corporation, Pharmax Biologicals, and Blair Ag, L.L.C.
