CSC Products: Urea/Nitrogen
Feed Urea 46% (Feed Grade Urea for Ruminants)
Description: Feed Urea 46% (Feed Grade)
Feed Urea 46% is a feed grade urea. It is a high quality micro-prilled product. Urea is a source of non-protein nitrogen for use in ruminant (cattle, sheep and goat) feeds. Ingested urea is degraded to ammonia, and the ruminal bacteria incorporate the ammonia into bacterial protein. This type of protein is then digested and becomes available to the ruminant in the lower digestive tract as a source of protein.
Benefits:
-
Feed Urea 46% is a high quality, uniform micro-prilled product.
-
Feed Urea 46% is an excellent source of non-protein nitrogen for ruminants (cattle, sheep and goats).
-
Feed Urea 46% is available by rail or truck in bulk or in 50 lb. (22.7 Kg) multi-wall moisture proof bags.
